Core Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client engagements across various industries including real estate, manufacturing, construction, medical, professional services and other diverse industries

• Serve as the regular contact for clients; provide technical expertise and strategic guidance and engage partners on complex issue

• Provide ongoing mentoring to staff to maximize staff’s growth and engagement success

• Actively develops network for business opportunities

• Effectively manages budgets to produce timely, quality deliverables

Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA designation

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated expertise managing client and internal relationships

• Experience managing multiple engagements concurrently

• Experience performing audit and tax engagements strongly preferred

• Valid Driver’s license required

• Ability to work significant overtime during tax season (January – April)
