How will this merger impact me?
Rowland, Johnson and Company, P.A. and Maillie LLP’s merger will allow the combined firm to serve our clients better now and in the years to come. In addition, Rowland, Johnson and Company, P.A.’s clients will now have direct access to expanded services including: employee benefit plan consulting, succession planning, fraud investigations and forensic accounting services.
Will I still have the same CPA?
Yes. The accounting professionals you know and trust will remain the same. We value our relationships and are committed to maintaining the trust you have always placed in our people.
Will my rates go up?
No. The purpose of this merger is to unite two firms with similar strategic visions and values. This merger will provide our clients and associates with value-added services that will contribute to their long-term success and stability.
How do I contact my CPA?
All existing phone numbers will remain the same.

What will the combined firm be called?
Rowland, Johnson and Company, P.A. will assume the Maillie LLP name. Over the next few months, you may see communications with the Rowland, Johnson and Company P.A. and/or Maillie LLP logo. Please be patient with us during this transition period.

Before this merger, Maillie LLP had eleven partners and approximately 100 employees in the Oaks and West Chester, PA offices.
